Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At miniPLUS Store, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, please note that we do not offer returns or refunds. We only accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery, under specific conditions outlined below.

Exchange Policy

  • To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be:
    • Unused
    • In the same condition that you received it
    • In its original packaging and tags
  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Please email us at miniplusstore@gmail.com or visit our Contact Page to initiate an exchange request.

Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not accept exchanges for the following:

  • Products returned in a used or damaged condition (not due to our error)
  • Items without original packaging
  • Requests made after 7 days from delivery

Shipping for Exchanges

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Shipping charges for sending the item back for exchange must be borne by the customer, we will assign a logistics partner to collect the item directly from your doorstep.
  • Once the original product is collected and verified, the newly selected product will be shipped to you free of shipping charges.
